Personal Experience
Elizabeth Embler is a fierce and dedicated advocate who fights to protect the rights and freedoms of every client. With a strong focus on criminal defense throughout her career, Elizabeth brings compassion, courage, and relentless determination to every case. She is committed to holding law enforcement and government actors accountable, ensuring that every individual’s rights are protected throughout the legal process.
A Fort Wayne native and graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School, Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Spanish from Indiana University – Fort Wayne. While attending Cooley Law School, Elizabeth interned with the Allen County Public Defender’s Office. She quickly realized her calling: standing up for the individuals who often feel powerless against the legal system. That experience and the privilege of working under her mentor, Marcia Linsky, ignited a passion for criminal defense and a lifelong commitment to being a voice for those who need one.
Outside the courtroom, Elizabeth is actively involved in the recovery community. She has served as a member of the Fort Wayne Allen County Task Force for Opioid Strategic Planning (FATOS), co-hosted Fort Wayne’s 2024 Recovery Rocks, contributed to former Mayor Henry’s Opioid Prevention Campaign, and delivered the keynote address at the city’s inaugural Overdose Awareness Day.
With a steadfast commitment to justice and community advocacy, Elizabeth Embler stands ready to fight for her clients and ensure their voices are heard.
