She holds an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Louisiana State University – Shreveport and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, where she was inducted into both Alpha Phi Sigma and Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Societies.

Before joining the firm, Jacqueline managed finance, HR, and operations in both law firms and the tech industry, including overseeing budgeting, payroll, benefits administration, and P&L analysis. Her legal background spans from litigation coordination to law firm startup operations, giving her a well-rounded understanding of legal and financial systems.

Fluent in Spanish and English, Jacqueline is passionate about streamlining systems, improving organizational efficiency, and supporting teams with excellence and precision.
