Riza Khati

Riza Khati is a Nepal-qualified attorney and an LL.M. graduate in Business Law from the University of California, Davis School of Law. She also holds a postgraduate degree in International Business Law from the University of Law in London and a BBM, LL.B. from Kathmandu University School of Law.

Riza has experience in legal research and drafting, including preparing legal documents and supporting case development. Her work has involved reviewing case materials, conducting legal research, and assisting with litigation-related tasks across different areas of law.

Prior to her work in the United States, Riza practiced law in Nepal as an Associate, where she was involved in legal drafting, research, and client matters. She has also contributed to legal research initiatives through organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Riza is admitted to the Nepal Bar Council and is a member of the American Bar Association. Outside of her professional work, Riza enjoys horse riding, exploring diverse cuisines, listening to music, and engaging with people from different cultures, with a particular interest in the stories and perspectives that shape human experiences.
