Nikki Ameling

Nikki Ameling serves as the Operations Manager at Justin Camper Law, LLC, where she oversees firm-wide operations, staff development, and the delivery of a consistently exceptional client experience. She plays a central role in optimizing workflows, supporting the legal team, and ensuring that each case moves smoothly from intake to resolution.

With over 17 years of experience working in law firms—including five years in Operations and HR and more than four years in management—Nikki brings a deep understanding of both the operational and human elements required to run a successful legal practice. She holds an Associate’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Indiana State University and Brown Mackie College.

Nikki’s leadership is marked by an efficiency-driven, client-focused philosophy grounded in her belief in “one team, one dream.” She is passionate about building strong internal systems, fostering teamwork, and creating an environment where both staff and clients feel supported. Outside of the office, Nikki is an active participant in local theater and has directed several productions with Chicago Street Theater.
